I created this website to tell about myself, my career and my experiences in my professional career.

After school I started as a Shop Assistant Apprentice at Vodafone, then decided to get my university entrance qualification and finally to study Tourism Management.

During my studies I founded a motorcycle travel agency "Urlaubsbiker" and the touristic service company "Hansen Touristik". I worked on customer projects and created websites, based on Wordpress, PHP and HTML and sold travel packages to end customers.
I did internships at TUI Vertrieb & Service in Project Management and Tour Operators like RM Reiseteam and AQ Tauchreisen to learn more about travel management and project management.

After my studies I started to work in the 2nd and 3rd level support of a Software Company "RR Software GmbH" which is creating operations Software for Schools and Universities.
The job was interesting and I learned a lot about Databases and how to create custom SQL queries. This was the perfect foundation for my future career. At "Terramedus Akademie für Gesundheit",  I was responsible for aligning and integrating company processes with the software and also connect the (back then WIP) website with custom interfaces to the operations software.
My main achievements have been:

• Improving the booking process to increase the sells by 30% with the same internal workload.
• Delivering the final website in time, together with an external development company
• Improving internal processes which leaded to higher quality and better customer satisfaction

This employment showed me very good, what I'm good in and in which direction I would like to grow --> Project Management and Product Management!

I got the amazing chance to start in the Foxxum GmbH, a Smart TV App Store and App Development company in Kiel, Germany. When I started there, there was no assigned Project Manager for about 9 months. So I spent the first 4 to 6 months in understanding the products, processes and dependencies along the projects.
As I was very enthusiastic, willing to learn everything I need to know and wanted to improve the processes to make everybody live easier.
I grew a department of 5 people, handling a mass of projects for TV Manufacturers (like Hisense, Tornado, Toshiba, Vestel etc.)  and also Smart TV App Developments for customer like Tele5, Pantaflix, WRC, Tennis Channel International, NHL.tv, BigTenNetwork, LIVENow DaVinci Kids and many more.

In December 2023 I moved to Tenerife, Spain with my family and am enjoying the same type of work, now remotely with my colleagues of Foxxum. I recently started a developer bootcamp with SheCodes.io to improve my software development skills and bringing the stakeholders closer together, like the customer and development.
